You won't get to explore much of Hexen Isle on this visit, but you can collect a Red Saffron next to the Calix monolith and Red Rosemary near the monolith to the west before activating the cutscene to the south.
Boss: Hellkite (HP: 110637) - Dragon

The Hellkite is a beast - or dragon - and is as difficult as you would expect a dragon to be. With high stats in all fields and some serious fire-based attacks, you'll want to focus on fire resistance gear and strike the dragon on its side or back. Be wary of its tail, which it can attack with just as easily as its mouth, and back away when it rises on its hind legs for Neigh or Seize, as both can break through your guard with ease. Provided you stay away from its mouth you should be able to avoid the majority of the breath attacks and Calamity Flare and allow you allies to tank most of the damage.
You'll basically need to fight this boss twice, as it will heal about halfway through battle after a quick cutscene.
