Continue right, avoiding the Spike Trip Wire and the Drowned Bandit. Two more Drowned Bandits will spawn.

Reach a ledge with a collapsing floor ahead and Skullbats above. WARNING: Dangerous platforming ahead! Avoid jump attacks unless you are certain of your landing spot.

Drop below the collapsing floor and look right to find an item. Jump to the platform to collect Antidote (3), Pouch of Salt. Skullbats and a Vilehawk will activate.
