The Village of Smiles

A detailed walkthrough for The Village of Smiles in Salt and Sanctuary, covering traps, enemy encounters, item locations, and the crucial Scarecrow NPC for the Dominion trophy.

Walkthrough:

1. Upon entering, be cautious of numerous traps, particularly the Log Trap at the beginning. Always scan the ground for wooden pegs connected by a white line, indicating an active trap. Jumping over traps is generally safer than rolling. Traps reset with checkpoints.
2. To your right, you'll encounter two Feral Beasts and a Bronze Knight. The Bronze Knight is a challenging regular enemy that blocks frequently. Use hit-and-run tactics, striking when he's open and retreating to regain stamina. If you deplete his health, you can perform an execution by pressing the Circle button before he recovers. He can drop a Bell of Return. These specific Bronze Knights do not respawn.
3. After clearing the initial enemies, proceed left. Near the stone stairs, you'll find a Drowned Archer on a platform above, and below him, a Drowned Berzerker and a Drowned Peasant. Defeat them and collect the Lock of Hair (3) and Pouch of Salt.
4. Descend the ladder nearby. At the bottom, stop and look left for an Arrow Trap Wire. The bow is to the right of the ladder. You can destroy the bow to disable the trap, which may spawn a Drowned Peasant.
5. Return up the ladder. To enter the doorway next to it, you'll need to drop through the platform above and angle yourself to cling to the doorway's ledge. A Feral Beast and a Drowned Peasant (which spawns mid-room) await inside.
6. Clear the room of the Feral Beast and the spawned Drowned Peasant. Exit to the right to find the Vinemesh Peltarion (Shield).
7. You'll notice a Drowned Archer shooting from below. Drop down to engage him, but be aware of two Feral Beasts on the ground level. The Archer is near a Bell of Return (3). Before dropping, note another Arrow Trip Wire halfway down the stone stairs below.
8. For now, ignore the enemies below and head left from the Archer's platform. Continue past the long ladder near the
