Water Treatment Plant - Grace

Head east along the passageway and north through a doorway.

Continue east through a second doorway and follow the passage up some stairs.

At the top, continue west to the Storage Bay and enter for a scene.

Examine the folder on the bench to unlock the Roof Hatch Manual file (47/75).

Collect the Med Injector and 4x 12.7x55mm Ammo.

Find a Transfusion Bag on top of a nearby oil drum.

Return to your Item Box, grab any Transfusion Bags, Scrap, or Empty Bottles. Craft items to use remaining blood (Molotov Cocktails are good if you have many injectors) and save your game. Use Transfusion Bags to fill your Blood Collector and reload your game to work towards the Bloodlust trophy, worth 10,000 CP.

Take any 12.7x55mm Ammo from your Item Box and save your game.

Leave the Storage Area; Grace will shut it behind her.

Run to the roof hatch controls marked on your map and attempt to use them.

Switch on your torch and drop down the shaft to the north, then down again to the Sedimentation area on the lower level.

Collect another round of 12.7x55mm Ammo.

Equip the Requiem before heading west towards the Girl.

Backtrack to the elevator and hide until the Girl moves south.

Sneak west and north to the lower Storage Area.

Note the lamp in the bottom-right corner of the area.

Continue to the console in the north of the area.

Warning: The Girl will jump down to block your path. Quickly run back to the light and switch it on to stun her.

Turn the crank on the console to restart the Power Redistribution Unit.

The area will illuminate, driving the Girl off.

Collect another round of 12.7x55mm Ammo from an oil drum on your way out.

Make your way south and west around obstacles to the Control Room.

Head north into the Filing Room to find a Crank Lever on a shelf.

Return to the Control Room.

Warning: The Girl will ambush you. Quickly shoot her in the face with the Requiem to stun her and unlock a trophy. Molotov Cocktails can also stun her but are useful for endgame enemies.

Run back to the console and use the Crank Lever on the Power Distribution Unit to illuminate the area and drive the Girl off.

Head east to the Chemical Treatment area.

Note the Girl's patrol route. When she moves north, sneak to the entrance.

Follow the partition to the console.

Warning: When you try the lever, the Girl will jump down. Quickly shoot her in the face to stun her and hold X to force the lever, restarting the Power Redistribution Unit.

Collect a Molotov Cocktail from an oil drum next to the console.

Collect a Med Injector if needed.

Return to the Elevator and ride it to the upper level.

Shoot the Girl as she climbs up after you.

Activate the roof hatch controls to expose the Girl to daylight.

Shoot her one last time to defeat her.

Make your way back to the Storage Area for a scene.

Shoot the creature in its exposed heart until a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) takes over.

Grace gives Leon his gun back and leaves, encountering Victor and a mysterious blonde man who take her to Raccoon City, unlocking the Harsh Reality trophy.
