    Turn on your torch and head up the tunnel.

    Read the note on the headless body to unlock the Staff Member's Last Words file (37/75).

    Continue to the end of the tunnel and note the Power Distributor.

    Head south, then west past a non-functioning elevator, locked doors, and a second Power Distributor.
