Walkthrough for Resident Evil 5's "The Mines: (2)" section. Learn how to navigate the area, find items, and defeat enemies with this detailed guide.
Walkthrough
- 1After the scenes with Natalia, head towards the Radio Tower. The path is blocked, so head down to the beach.
- 2Find a Barrel and jump up an edge to find a Crate.
- 3Continue along the beach, killing bugs that hide among the bushes. Use the knife for efficiency.
- 4Upon reaching the top, turn right and follow the wall to find Tower Emblem 5/8.
- 5Proceed to the end of the path and open the iron curtain.
- 6Enter the room on your left to find a Red Herb and Assault Rifle Ammo on a desk.
- 7Outside this room, find a Green Herb. You'll be prompted about combining items: Green Herb + Red Herb = 3 Green Herbs.
- 8Follow the path into the next room. Defeat the initial zombie and three more that emerge from the hallway. These are slow-moving zombies, making headshots easier.
- 9Check the small area where the first zombie appeared for a Crate.
- 10Continue, jump across fallen lockers, and enter the door to the next area.
- 11In this new area, Natalia's Awareness & Pointing ability will be introduced. Use it to spot enemies.
- 12Crouch and move along the hallway to find a Sparkle Item under a medical bed and another at the end of the hallway.
- 13Return to the entrance and find an opening to a room with a stationary zombie. Sneak attack this zombie (R2 while crouching).
- 14Check the desk in front of the zombie for a Detention Center Map.
- 15Search the entrance of this area for another Sparkle Item.
- 16Proceed right towards the three zombies. Two are stationary, one moves. Wait for the moving zombie to turn its back for a sneak attack.
- 17After defeating the third zombie, look right to find Tower Emblem 6/8.
- 18Find a Sparkle Item between the shelves and loot a Crate in the corner.
- 19Go up the stairs, kill the lone zombie, and look left on a shelf for an item.
- 20Wait for enemies to look away and sneak to get Cloth.
