Learn how to obtain Skill Cards in Persona 5 Strikers, including drops from enemies, chests, treasure demons, and requests, with lists for each Jail.

Skill Cards in Persona 5 Strikers allow a Persona to learn any skill, even those it normally cannot inherit through fusion. They can be obtained from respawning chests in Jails, as enemy drops, guaranteed drops from Treasure Demons, and from Requests. Enemy drop rates are inconsistent, and the specific skill card dropped is not tied to the enemy or location. Each Jail has a 'pool' of skill card types that can drop randomly from enemies, with boss variants having a higher chance. Treasure Demons, which spawn more often after defeating a Monarch and with maxed Bond skills, drop two cards of the same type from their own pool, which varies by Jail. Some Jails have Treasure Demons with two sets of pools, lowering the drop rate for specific cards.

Note on Merciless Mode: In Merciless mode, the normal enemy skill card pool is removed, with those cards only obtainable from respawning chests. Treasure Demon pool cards from lower difficulties drop from normal enemies instead. All Treasure Demons in Merciless drop cards from two pools: the Rare pool (high-tier skills like severe magic) and a second pool containing all other cards (except Drain cards), offering five copies of each.
