Money

Money is the easiest thing to obtain in this game. Early game the best way to earn a decent amount is to run through the Shibuya jail and kill every enemy inside about 3 times for a give or take a million, killing treasure demons in the process will speed things along. During this you will also gain junk you can sell, a lot of it.

Furthermore you will get junk for the Junk collection quests, which will earn you even more. (After the 1st submission)

Doing the same in other Jails will have better effects and is to me the most effective before reaching the end game or post game.

Once you reach that point you can easily earn a large amount from bosses and from treasure demons in the tree of knowledge. Grinding Treasure demons in general is a useful way to do this. See below for that.

Experience

Unlike P5 and P5R your party members do not earn the same amount of Exp unless they are in the active party so remember to switch them around. Frankly you do not need to grind this much at all. You should be around 50-70s when you defeat the final boss without trying to grind. Furthermore in post game you grind and fight the post game bosses for exp. Which should bring you up to 80-90.

Do not bother grinding Joker's persona at all.

The rest can be done in Merciless which will cause you to gain so much so fast you won't even realize it.

Bond exp

Same as Exp really you can grind for it but it will most likely rise faster but just playing normally. When you reach post game you can grind out the post game bosses (refighting bosses in general is a good albi not affective for long way to grind this in general as are treasure demons) for larger boosts at a faster rate. However you will find that around level 60-70, it's just too slow.

At this point you will be better off playing merciless normally and it will reach 99 around the 3rd or so Jail on NG+.

Treasure Demons: ALL of the above and Skill card grinding

The later on the dungeon the more Exp, Bond exp and money the treasure demon will drop. The skill cards will vary see the Skill card section for that. Regardless depending on your goal you want to make them spawn constantly and defeat them.

To this end LET ENEMIES AMBUSH YOU. Keep doing this till the security level is near 70-90%. Ambush enemies yourself if it will go to 100% on the next ambush. This is because treasure demon spawn rate increases immensely when security is high.

Also in Merciless mode security increases even faster so this is a bit easier.

Thats pretty much everything. Yeah not all that complex, there isn't any big grindy way to get stuff done in this game aside from skill cards i suppose even then the method is simple. For Persona points see the 99 stat section and the Persona section.
