The Haruspex's ability to influence others is a crucial 'build' aspect. Your reputation with various factions (the Kin, the Townspeople, the Military, the Children) will open or close off dialogue options, quests, and trading opportunities. Positive reputation can lead to discounts, safe passage, or vital information. Negative reputation can result in hostility, higher prices, or even being hunted. Your choices in quests, your responses in dialogue, and even your appearance (e.g., wearing clean clothes vs. blood-stained rags) can affect your standing.
