    Defeat the Koopas.

    Peel off the Bowser tape to reveal steps.

    Backtrack to the area above the Shy Guys and ignore the goal.

    Enter the door behind the goal.

    Defeat the Dry Bones and Swooper inside.

    Move left and locate the light bulb above you. Jump under it to free it and add it to your "Things" collection as the [Light Bulb].

    The Yoshi will swallow you. Pick up the [POW Block].

    Backtrack out to the goal.

    Ignore the goal again and drop off the back of the Yoshi to find an [HP-Up Heart].

Tips
  • The Shiny Line Jump sticker might be useful against the Koopas.
  • Try not to use your best stickers during the Kamek battle, as they will be transformed.
  • You can deal multiple points of damage in the Kamek battle by timing the "A" button press during the action command.

After completing the level, you may need to return to Decalburg to purchase new items from the Sticker Shop. Available stickers and their costs (in Coins) are:

Sandshifter Ruins Walkthrough:

After visiting Decalburg, proceed to World 2-3, Sandshifter Ruins.

  1. Hammer the cactus at the start for a coin.
  2. Head right on the upper level, avoiding the spiked cannonballs.
  3. Cross the bridge to engage the Clubba hurling spike balls. Get a first strike with your hammer, then defeat the Sombrero Guy, Paragoomba, and Clubba.
  4. Repeat the process with the other Clubba. Remember not to jump on them when they are holding the Spike Ball above their heads.
  5. Just beyond the bridge, hammer beneath the ?-Block to reveal a hidden block that allows you to reach it.
  6. Grab the [Line Jump] sticker and continue right.
  7. Collect the [Worn-Out Hammer], [Hammer], and [Jump] stickers in the sand if desired.
  8. Heal and enter the ruins.
  9. Head left towards the Paratroopa and defeat it.
  10. Grab the [Shiny Jump] on the wall and the [Iron Jump] in the ?-Block.
  11. Head right, grab the [Eekhammer] and [Slaphammer] from the ?-Block (avoid the geyser).
  12. Drop down and defeat the Clubba.
  13. Grab the [Hopslipper] and head right.
  14. Collect the [Worn-Out Hammer].
  15. Enter the ruins door to find a casket room.
  16. Open the second casket from the left to reveal a [Jump] sticker.
  17. Open the second casket from the right to reveal a secret passage and a heart to heal with.
  18. Do not open the last casket, as it contains a Dry Bones.
  19. The ?-Block contains a [Line Jump] sticker.
  20. After collecting these stickers, head through the secret passage.
  21. Pick up the [Magnifying Glass] to add it to your "Things" collection.
  22. Head back out to the ruins maze and drop down the next sand flow.
  23. Head left to peel off a [Worn-Out Jump] sticker.
  24. Head right, defeat the Clubba, and grab the [Shiny Hammer] from the ?-Block.
  25. Enter the next door.
  26. Head left through the casket on the western wall.

  • Use evasive maneuvers to avoid the spiked cannonballs.
  • Try to get a first strike with your hammer on the Clubba.
  • Hammer beneath ?-Blocks to reveal hidden blocks.
