Alright, so you've stumbled upon a side story in Alabasta called "The Truth About Eye-Lashes." Don't worry, it's pretty straightforward once you know where to look! You'll need to have reached the Great Sandy Desert first, so make sure you've progressed a bit in the main story.

Where to Start:

Head to the southern part of the Great Sandy Desert. Look for the side story marker in the northeastern corner. You'll find an NPC named Saien, who's a scientist. He's got a bit of a problem: he needs you to retrieve an experiment of his, a Sandora Dragon. His bait, a camel with super long eyelashes named Eye-Lashes, has gone missing, and he figures the lizard won't be far behind.

Finding Eye-Lashes:

Now, you can't actually finish this part until you get to the northern half of the Great Sandy Desert. This means you'll have to push through the Bone Bridge Canyon and the Sandy Ruins first. Once you're in the northern section, the main story will point you east. Instead of going straight ahead, hug the southern edge of this northern desert area. Keep going, and you'll eventually spot some NPCs and, yep, a camel. That's Eye-Lashes!

The Fight:

Turns out, some thieves are trying to snatch Eye-Lashes to sell him to the circus. Time to step in! You'll be facing a mix of Power and Technique enemies, so pay attention to your party's positioning to counter their strengths. They mostly just use regular attacks, but watch out for the Paralysis Bag ability some of them have – it can paralyze your whole party! Moves that hit multiple enemies, like Zoro's Dragon Twister or Nami's Thunderbolt Tempo, are super useful here to wear them all down. Some thieves with bladed weapons can also inflict Bleed, but honestly, the damage is so minor you probably won't even need to bother curing it.
