The Thunderhead Ruins in One Piece Odyssey contain several hidden cubes essential for character progression. This guide details the locations of these cubes within the ruins, helping you find them in order.

1. Robin 1: Upon entering the Thunderhead Ruin, walk forward onto the entrance platform, cross the gap, and look up. The cube is floating near moss on a stone block above the entrance.
2. Zoro 1: Proceed down into the main chamber of B1F. In the middle of the ruin, rotate the switch to face north to open a door. The cube is inside, in the top right corner of the room.
3. Zoro 2: After obtaining the first Zoro cube, switch to Chopper and enter the small hole opposite where you found the previous cube. Follow the path to a new room, then grapple as Luffy to reach another cube.
4. Zoro Cube 3: On the 2BF, head to the far east wall of the boss room. Find a small gap in the corner, switch to Chopper, and enter the hole. Follow the path, avoiding monsters, to the northeast power switch hub. Look for glowing green vines with a brick-stone border; the cube is in the deep corner.
5. Usopp & Chopper 1: From the previous cube, look up as Luffy. Climb the vines to reach an upper floor. Look up again to find parts of the cave sticking out of the walls with a cube to grab. This cube counts for both Usopp and Chopper.
6. Sanji 1: From the cube above, face south. Another cube is visible near the power switch that needs to be disabled for the boss fight.
7. Zoro Cube 4: Go west from the east side. Follow the route up the stairs and turn the switch to open the door on the left. The cube is in the corner inside the opened room. Be cautious of the yellow beetle behind the door.
