Alright, so you're looking to take down Godspeed Fasti, huh? This is one of those bounty hunts that pops up after you've done a specific quest. First things first, you need to have completed Mediator Marzin’s Quest over in Nanohana, Alabasta. Once that's done, head back to the tavern and check the bulletin board. You'll see a new list of bounties, and Godspeed Fasti's description will point you towards the Desert Near Alubarna.

Now, you can't just waltz into that desert area right away. You'll need to progress the main story a bit further until you reach Rain Dinners. Finish up whatever you need to do there, and then you'll finally be able to head to the desert. When you get there, go north until you hit the first split in the path, then take the west route. You'll see a boarded-up opening, but don't let that stop you! Look closely, and you'll spot a small gap at the bottom. This is where Chopper shines – switch to him, have him squeeze through that gap, and bam! Godspeed Fasti will be right there waiting for you.

When the fight starts, it's not just Godspeed Fasti you're up against. He's brought along three of his buddies: two Technique-type enemies and one Speed-type. That swordsman in his crew can use Spirit Slice, which hits a bit harder than his regular attacks, so keep an eye on him.
