Fishing is a relaxing and rewarding activity in Necesse. It allows you to gather various fish, which can be cooked for food, used in crafting recipes, or sold for coins. Different biomes and times of day yield different types of fish.

• Fishing Rod: Craft a Wooden Fishing Rod at a Workbench. Later, you can upgrade to better rods (e.g., Iron Fishing Rod) for faster fishing and rarer catches.
• Bait: You'll need bait to fish. Worms are the most common bait, found by breaking grass or digging dirt. Other baits can be crafted or found.
• How to Fish: Equip your fishing rod and bait. Stand near a body of water (ocean, lake, river) and use the Left Mouse Button to cast your line. Wait for a bite (indicated by a splash and sound), then quickly click Left Mouse Button again to reel in.
• Rewards: Besides fish, you can also catch junk items, treasure bags (containing coins and rare items), and even unique accessories.
