Prepare for the Queen Spider in Necesse by gathering Gold Ore and crafting Gold Armor and weapons. Focus on poison immunity with the Poison Immunity Charm.

For the Queen Spider, Gold tier equipment is essential. You'll also want to consider accessories that provide immunity to poison or increase defense, as the cave environment and the boss itself can inflict status effects.

• Armor: Full Gold Armor set (crafted at an Anvil with Gold Bars).
• Weapon: Gold Sword or Gold Bow with Gold Arrows. The Musket is still a strong option. Consider a magic weapon if you have sufficient mana regeneration.
• Accessories: 'Poison Immunity Charm' (crafted with Spider Silk and Antidote) is highly recommended. 'Defense Ring' or 'Swiftness Ring' are also good choices.
• Consumables: Greater Healing Potions (crafted with Bottled Water, Gel, and Gold Bars), Mana Potions, and plenty of Cooked Food. Antidotes are useful if you don't have poison immunity.
• Arena: The Queen Spider's Lair is often cluttered with webs and smaller spiders. Clear out as many webs as possible before the fight to improve mobility. Place Campfires and potentially some healing totems if you have them.

Gathering Gold Ore from the Swamp biome or deeper caves and smelting it into Gold Bars will be your primary task. You'll also need to explore the Swamp to find a Spider Cave.
