Hidden altars are special interactive points found throughout MUDANG: Two Hearts that allow players to make offerings in exchange for temporary buffs or rare items. These altars are often well-concealed and require a keen eye to discover. The type of offering required and the reward granted vary depending on the altar's location and its thematic sificance.

In the Verdant Glade, near the ancient ruins, you can find a small, moss-covered altar dedicated to the spirits of nature. To activate it, players must offer 3 Sunpetal Flowers, a common herb found in the Glade. Upon making the offering, the altar grants a temporary buff that increases your healing received from all sources by 20% for 5 minutes. Another altar, located by the Whispering Falls, requires 2 Glimmering Pebbles and bestows a temporary boost to your movement speed by 15%.

The Sunken Catacombs house altars with a more somber theme. In the main burial chamber, a dark stone altar can be found. This altar requires an offering of 1 Soul Fragment, a common drop from spectral enemies. The reward for this offering is a temporary increase to your dark damage by 10% for 3 minutes. Deeper within the Catacombs, near a submerged shrine, lies another altar that demands 2 Corrupted Essences. This offering grants a temporary shield that absorbs 50 damage.

This altar requires 1 Wyvern Scale and bestows a temporary buff that increases your aerial maneuverability and reduces fall damage by 50% for 5 minutes.
