Due to the procedurally-generated nature of this game, I can't tell you exactly where every Secret and Chest are hiding. In fact, the number of Secrets and Chests per level will actually change every time you play! So, I'll tell you everything I can. What to look for, and how to interact with it.
Highblock Halls Overview
Highblock Halls is one of the ten main levels. It has a Secret Level, 'Underhalls'.
The Gear Drops you'll find here include:

- Soul Robe
- Fireworks Arrow
- Light Feather
- Death Cap Mushroom
Highblock Halls Secrets and Chests - 1 Known Secret (Underhalls Map Unlock)
As always, Supply Chests and Vases don't count as Chests.
Finding the hidden room with the Map for Underhalls counts as a Secret. As far as I can tell, this is the only Secret for Highblock Halls (if I'm wrong, and RNG gives you another Secret, let me know via the "Would you recommend this guide?" at the top of your screen. Doing so sends an anonymous message that I get to see.
Anyway, you'll find the hidden area for the Underhalls Map near the start of the level. There is an area with a large double staircase, and two shields mounted onto pillars, set deep into the arms of the stairs. Interacting with one of these shields will open a hidden door nearby, and you'll find the Map inside.
The Chests, on the other hand, can be found out in the open. Remember, Chests mark themselves on your map once you've explored an area, so even if you didn't see it, check your map frequently to make sure you didn't miss one. This is a big map, and the Chests can be few and far between.
Also, there is a 'hidden area' (that doesn't count as a Secret, for some reason) that can be accessed via a well in a large area near the end of the map. This entrance will mark itself on your map, making it easy to find. It acts as a shortcut to an area near the end of the level.
One of the Chests may be a special Blue Chest (the ones with good loot), found in the center of a large room. This will trigger a tough ambush, and you'll probably die if you're not quick. A rapid-fire Bow will definitely help here, so feel free to equip one!
Confronting the Arch-Illager (Boss/Ambush)
When you finally reach the Arch-Illager at the end, you'll have to fight your way through several tough waves of enemies. It will be tough if you're not prepared for it, so be ready to move and keep moving. Pick your battles, and don't forget to heal. Remember to use your Artifacts, as well, especially Artifacts like the Harvester and the Corrupted Beacon!
Once you clear the final wave of enemies, you'll be able to leave the level. Congrats!
Underhalls Overview
Underhalls is one of the six Secret Levels found in this game.
The Gear Drops you'll find here include:
- Mace
- Great Hammer
- Power Bow
- Soul Robe
- Fireworks Arrow
- Iron Hide Amulet
- Totem of Shielding
Underhalls Secrets and Chests
There are no Secrets in Underhalls. Your map will say '0 Chests' as well, but you will actually find a few as a reward for making it through some Ambushes.
This level is relatively easy. Again, you'll find a few Ambushes, but you should be fine. You'll also have to bring a Blue Key Golem a fair distance, but for whatever reason, not that many enemies will spawn in your way, so it's...weirdly easy.
At the end of the level, you'll find a Supply Chest, and sometimes a wall will block your way to a side room. This side room is empty, and it is unknown why the door is sometimes open, and sometimes closed. It doesn't lead to a Secret, so it could just be a bug or a red herring.
Either way, that's it for Underhalls! There isn't a boss, or even a mini-boss.
