Part 9

Enter the balcony on the next floor. Use pillars for cover to defeat the thug with a pump-action shotgun across the room. The door on the right leads to Lupino's apartment.

In the small room outside Lupino's apartment, pick up painkillers on the table and an Ingram from the cabinet. Equip dual Ingrams.

Objective: Kill Vinnie Gognitti. After the cutscene, immediately attack the three goons in the room. Use a shoot-dodge backwards from behind cover and unload rounds. The auto-save may slow the game briefly, but continue shooting.

Read Gognitti's letter to Angelo Punchinello concerning Jack Lupino. Continue into the next room and out the window.

Use pipes to cross the street and climb through the window Gognitti entered. Head through the door on the right, up the stairs, and through the door at the top leading outside.

Wait for a train to arrive on the platform and perform a shoot-dodge off the roof onto it. You may overshoot, but the level will complete.

Jump onto the pipes along the building wall and follow them to the next rooftop. Run forward and shoot-dodge onto the roof to kill the two thugs who appear.

Head right across two connected rooftops. For the third rooftop, which requires a jump, perform a shoot-dodge across the gap.

Once on the other side, crouch behind your billboard and take out the two thugs on the billboard across the street with your Beretta.

Follow the rooftop around and run down the metal staircase. Enter the apartment at the end.

Stand at the top of the stairway with a pump-action shotgun equipped and wait for goons to appear. Blast them and head down. Pick up Beretta ammo by the stairs.

Peek around the corner and kill the remaining goons one by one from the stairs, working right to left. Pick up painkillers in the cabinet and follow the hallway.

Look around the corner in the courtyard. A thug with an Ingram will shoot and run across. Strafe out and shoot him. Watch for a second thug who hugs the far wall and crouches in the left corner. Take shots with your Berettas to defeat him.

Follow the left wall to the alley entrance. Kill the thug with dual Ingrams and continue down the alley.

Run up the stairs at the base of the construction site. Kill the thug behind the container and van on the left.

Drop down below the lift. Find a Beretta in a coffin and a painkiller in the one in front of it. Use crates to climb out and check the container for shotgun ammo.

Bring the lift down using the button on the pillar and take it to the roof. Kill the thug on the second level before taking the lift, and the thug on the billboard across the street.

Cross the wooden plank connecting the construction site to the next building. Swing the camera to face the streets and kill the thug with a pump-action shotgun around the corner. Retreat quickly.

Another thug throws grenades. Stay out of the way to let him kill himself and a second thug with the blast.
