Walkthrough

    Drop straight down, avoiding the pitfall that costs a life.

Mini-Boss 4: Meta Knight's Minions

After Meta Knight leaves, you must fight three types of enemies that continuously appear: one with a small axe, one that throws tridents, and one with a ball and chain.

  • Swallow the axe enemies and spit them at the ball and chain enemies for a quick defeat.
  • To defeat the trident-throwing enemy, get close, suck it up, and shoot it randomly or swallow it.
  • Always stay clear of tridents and ball and chains; axe enemies are easier to avoid but can also throw projectiles.

This fight is of medium difficulty. If you struggle, follow the tips above.

Walkthrough Continued:

  1. After the fight, another door opens.
  2. Jump into the water, spray water at the fish to kill it, and collect the item to regain two health pieces.
  3. Exit the water, go to the other side, and enter the door to end the level.

SUB-AREA - KIRBY'S ABILITY MUSEUM:

Here you can choose two abilities: Fire or Laser. The Laser ability is highly recommended for its usefulness in the next level and overall effectiveness.

IV. FOURTH LEVEL:

Walkthrough

    Upon starting the level, use the newly acquired Laser ability to defeat the ground and air enemies that do not grant abilities.

    Do not go through the door immediately. Jump over it, defeat the enemies, and when you reach the Maxim Tomato, destroy the blocks to collect it.

    Continue and defeat the remaining enemies.

    Go back and enter the door you previously jumped over.

    As you descend, defeat the pig enemies and grab the 1-Up at the bottom.

    Make your way up the other side, defeating the last of the pig enemies.

    Enter the door at the top and proceed forward, defeating all enemies if desired.

    Enter the door at the end of this area.

    On the mini stairway, get the Stone ability from the top and proceed to the next Mini-Boss.

Mini-Boss 5: Stone Ability Boss

With the Stone ability, this boss is very easy and you are unlikely to take damage.

  1. Wait for the boss to start ringing.
  2. In the middle of its ringing, jump over it and press B to land on it as stone, dealing significant damage without taking any yourself.
  3. Repeat this process each time it rings. Be aware that it sometimes sends musical notes out while ringing; dodge these during your jump.
  4. Alternatively, wait for the boss to ring and send musical notes, then swallow and spit them back at it.
  5. Three hits using either method will defeat the boss.
  6. After the fight, swallow the boss to obtain the Mike ability.

Walkthrough Continued:

  1. After defeating Mini-Boss 5, jump over the pillar and go through the door.
  2. Descend through the clouds, using the Mike ability to defeat the small floating enemies.
  3. Go through the door at the bottom.
  4. Discard the Mike ability and acquire the Laser ability.
  5. Use the Laser ability to shoot the nearby hill, causing the ricochet to hit the bomb above, bringing down enemies and health recovery.
  6. Collect the health if needed.
  7. Defeat any remaining enemies and enter the next ditch.
  8. Turn around and shoot the hill to hit the bomb, bringing down an enemy and more health.
  9. Defeat the incoming Laser enemy.
  10. Underneath the Spark enemy, hit the hill again to nail the bomb, bringing down more health.
  11. Continue to knock down everything until you reach the end and collect a 1-Up.
  12. Enter the next door.
  13. In the next area, defeat the first Laser enemy.
  14. Jump over the cannon and enter the next door.
  15. Shoot the inverted corner of the wall to defeat the enemy.
Tips
  • When fighting Mini-Boss 4, prioritize using the axe enemies against the ball and chain enemies.
  • The Laser ability is highly recommended over Fire for its versatility in the subsequent level.
  • The Stone ability makes Mini-Boss 5 extremely easy; time your attacks carefully.
  • Utilize the Laser ability's ricochet to hit bombs and clear paths or gain items.
