Controls at a Glance:

Let's break down what each button does:

• Start Button: This is your pause button. Use it to check out tips on your current enemy abilities or learn how to grab new ones.
• D-Pad: Your main movement tool. Press Up to jump and float, Down to duck and avoid attacks, Left to move backward, and Right to move forward.
• B Button: This is how Kirby inhales enemies! Hold it down to suck in more. If you've got an enemy in your mouth, press B again to spit them out as a projectile. You can also use this to exhale while floating.
• A Button: This does the same thing as pressing Up on the D-Pad – it makes Kirby jump and float. Hold it to stay airborne longer.
• Select Button: Need to ditch a power-up you've copied? This is the button to use.

Mastering the Swallow:

Swallowing enemies isn't just for fun; it's key to your survival and progress. Remember:

• Use the B Button to inhale enemies.
• Once an enemy is in Kirby's mouth, press Down on the D-Pad to copy their ability (if they have one, of course!).
• Hold B to inhale for longer.
• Press B again to spit out swallowed enemies. This projectile can even take out other enemies!
• You can also swallow and spit out items.

Bosses and Powers:

Dealing with bosses is a bit different. You can't just inhale them straight away. You'll need to defeat them first. But trust me, the powers they drop are usually way better than regular enemy abilities. It's always a good idea to have a power-up when facing a boss, though remember, you can often use the environment or their own attacks against them by inhaling and spitting.

Starting Your Adventure:

When you're ready to jump into the game, select 'Start Game' from the main menu. This option lets you begin a fresh adventure whenever you're ready.
