After you've finished the mission 'Farewell, Chunky Lee Chong,' make your way back to Joey's garage in Trenton. Chat with Joey; he's got a plan to snag a Securicar, but he needs you to grab a sturdy vehicle first. He suggests a Coach or an Ambulance, so find one of those.

Once you've got your getaway vehicle, head over to Chinatown. You're looking for a specific Securicar that will be driving around. Keep an eye on your radar for the pink dot indicating its location.

When you spot the Securicar, it's time to get aggressive. Ram it hard and continuously. You need to fill up its damage meter completely. Don't let up until the driver decides to bail out of the vehicle.

As soon as the driver jumps out, quickly hop into the Securicar yourself.

Now, you need to take the stolen Securicar to Portland Harbor. There's a specific garage there where you need to park it to complete the mission. Just drive it in, and you're done!
