Once you've successfully eliminated the ten Diablos, make your way back to Yardie territory and drive into the blue marker to complete the mission.

This one's pretty straightforward. You need to find and collect three specific gang cars: the Mafia Sentinel, the Diablo Stallion, and the Yakuza Stinger. If you're having trouble keeping them pristine, consider using the Staunton garage's overfilling trick to bring them over more easily.
