    After completing the 'Give Me Liberty' mission, follow the marker on your radar to Luigi's Sex Club. Wait a moment, and Luigi will appear with his bodyguard, Mickey Hamfists.

    Luigi will mention 8-Ball and then ask you to pick up one of his girls from a clinic in Portland View. A marker will appear on your map indicating the clinic's location.

    Drive to the marked clinic in Portland View. Once you arrive, find any nearby vehicle. Press [Triangle/Y] to commandeer it.
