- 1After finishing the 'Dont Spanka Ma Bitch Up' mission, go back to Luigi’s Sex Club. Luigi will tell you that Joey Leone wants Misty, so it's your job to go grab her from her home.
- 2Exit the club, find yourself a car, and follow the waypoint on your mini-map. It'll lead you straight to Misty's house in Hepburn Heights.
- 3Once you arrive at Misty's house, park your vehicle on the blue circle that appears. Hop out and press in the left stick to honk the horn. Misty will come out and get into your car.
- 4Now, you need to drive Misty to Joey’s Garage in Trenton. Follow the second waypoint that pops up on your mini-map.
- 5When you get to Joey's Garage, park on the blue circle again. A cutscene will play, marking the end of the mission. Luigi's next mission, 'Pump-Action Pimp', will then become available.
