    After completing the 'Payday For Ray' mission and returning to Asuka, you'll find a letter from her. She needs you to take out a Yakuza driver who's secretly an undercover cop.

    Make your way to Kenji's Casino, located in Torrington.

    Once you arrive, you'll spot Tanner getting into a vehicle. Your objective is to follow him.

    Drive alongside Tanner's car, keeping your vehicle in the direction he's heading. While driving beside him, hold down L1/LB to continuously damage his vehicle.

    Keep up the assault until Tanner flees his car. You'll then need to quickly get out and finish him off on foot.

    Once Tanner is eliminated, head to the nearest Pay 'n' Spray to get rid of any wanted level you've accumulated.
