- 1After finishing the 'Mike Lips Last Lunch' mission, make your way back to Joey Leone at his Garage in Trenton. You can only do this between 05:00 and 21:00. Joey will tell you that the Forelli brothers owe him money and he wants you to plant a bomb on one of their cars. He knows Mike Forelli is currently eating at Marco's Bistro in Saint Mark's.
- 2Head over to Marco's Bistro in Saint Mark's. You'll see a pink dot on your mini-map indicating the location.
- 3Once you arrive, you'll need to steal Mike Forelli's car, an Idaho with a blue arrow above it.
- 4After stealing the car, drive it over to 8-Ball's garage in Harwood.
- 5Park the car inside the garage. Wait a moment for 8-Ball to plant the bomb.
- 6Once the bomb is planted, return to the Marco's Bistro parking lot.
- 7Press [Circle/B] to activate the bomb remotely.
- 8Immediately leave the area to trigger a cutscene, and the mission will be completed.
