Quests - Very Hard

Unlock and conquer Granblue Fantasy: Relink's Very Hard Quests after becoming a Veteran Skyfarer. Master 'Wings of Antiquity', 'Seeds of Trouble', and 'A Bone to Peak' with our guide.

You unlock Very Hard Quests when you earn your promotion to Veteran Skyfarer Grade in Chapter Ø. To undertake Very Hard Quests on your own without an online party, you must complete all Hard Key Quests. Then the first Very Hard Quest, Wings of Antiquity, will be offered at the Quest Counter as a Rank-Up Quest. Clear the Rank-Up Quest and you can take on other Very Hard Quests.

Wings of Antiquity

Available: Chapter Ø

Client: Crew Alliance Rafale | Location: Halewind Altar

Description: We've got reports that something massive has been spotted along the way to Tempeal. Suffice it to say, this warrants an investigation. We initially asked Rolan to look into it, but we're currently recruiting capable skyfarers to aid as well.

Difficulty: Very Hard | Type: Boss | Advised Power: 4200

Foes: Lvl 60 Ancient Dragon (Weak Element: Water), Lvl 50 Wyvern (Weak Element: Fire)

Objective: Defeat the ancient dragon | Time Limit: 30 min

Fail Condition: The critical gauge reaches 0

Quest Details

Ancient Dragon is a classic example of a dragon and it will attack in ways you would expect a dragon to attack.
- Ancient Dragon will shoot a large fireball forward from its mouth.
- It can breathe fire from side to side at mid-range.
- It can bulldoze sideways across the field to smash into its target.
- Ancient Dragon will leap over the party, quickly turning to face you from behind.
- It will attack at close range by slashing with one of its claws.
- When it glows red, it will use a spinning tail sweep that covers a significant range.
- In Overdrive, Ancient Dragon will use Draconic Hex, taking to the air and dropping fireballs around the field. The assault continues for 20s. Avoid the large circles on the ground where the fireballs will land.
- While on the ground in Overdrive it may gather power and create closely spaced blast circles across the battlefield, causing them to explode simultaneously.
- It may breathe fire in a long-range stream from right to left.
Wyverns will periodically join the Ancient Dragon in groups of two or three. The Quest will be cleared when Ancient Dragon is defeated even if Wyverns remain on the field.

Seeds of Trouble

Client: Seedhollow Army | Location: Seedhollow Castle

Description: Urgent request! A large horde of malicious spirits have appeared in Seedhollow Castle. We've dispatched our full forces to deal with them, but we still find ourselves short. If we don't clean this up by the time the nobles return, there'll be trouble... Please, help us!

Quest Details

Throw the items dropped by defeated Gyres at other enemies. You are going to need a lot of them to clear the "thrown objects" Side Goals.

A Bone to Peak

Client: Historiath | Location: Mt. Neigelith, Leautagne Is.

Description: I have dispatched many fiends in my day, but some foul creatures do not die simple deaths; and now one such devil creeps again across Mt. Neigelith's sacred paths. Regrettably, our primeval god has not fully recovered, and thus I am dutybound to its side. I beseech you: destroy the fiend in my stead.
