Chapter Ø - Skybound Heart

Complete walkthrough for Granblue Fantasy: Relink's Chapter Ø - Skybound Heart. Learn about new features, side quests, archive entries, and the Skywyrm Valley quest.

After saving the skies, you have control of the captain in Folca. Your main mission has been completed but there still are many things to do. Reaching this point unlocks some new features in the game.

• You can customize your characters' colors from the Character Detail screen.
• New stickers have been added for use during co-op battles. Check them out through the Main Menu→Co-Op Settings→Communication.
• Additional frames are available for photos taken in Photo Mode.
• Press [button prompt] to open an in-town Fast Travel menu. You can immediately move to various town services: Quest Counter, Blacksmith, Siero's Knickknack Shack, Zathba's Appraisals, Docks.

The first three features are mainly cosmetic but Fast Travel proves to be very useful.

You can take on some new Side Quests in town.

Folca Side Quests

While you are running around town, you can gather items from Collection Points and Random Treasure Chests.

You also can pick up some additional Archive Entries:

• New Menu Items is down the stairs from the Quest Counter
• Town Hall Meeting Minutes can be found on a table in an outdoor eating area near the pond

You will find newly placed Collection Points and Treasure Chests in Seedhollow, too.

And you can pick up more Archive Entries in Seedhollow:

• Call for Volunteers can be found at the Quest Counter
• Restoration Festival Announcement is outside the Blacksmith shop
• Appeal for Reconstruction is by the entrance to Seedhollow Castle

Some of these Side Quests can be completed right away. Others will have to wait a bit.

Speak with Spoiler

When you are ready to continue with the story, talk to Spoiler outside the Folca church.

Speak with the Caring Man

The Caring Man finds you at the church for a scene during which Spoiler officially joins your party. After your discussion there, head to the Quest Counter. The Caring Man will greet you again and offer you a special quest.

For this quest, you must control Spoiler. A partial menu automatically opens. You may want to:

• Reform your party with Spoiler as player-controlled character. Spoiler will be in the first slot, but you may want to pick different team mates. Note that the captain is not a required member for this quest.
• Make sure Spoiler has appropriate gear. He has his Ragnarok sword equipped. You can forge a new sword for him at the Blacksmith shop if you like. Equip Spoiler with some useful Sigils as well.
• Spoiler already has four skills assigned for use in battle. His assigned skill set is more than adequate for this quest.
• When Spoiler joins, he has well-developed Masteries trees. If you have accumulated MSP you can unlock more Masteries nodes, for Spoiler and other Characters, before going on the quest.

When you are ready to set off, select Start Quest from this partial menu.

Search for the stolen goods

You begin the Quest at Skywyrm Valley, a vibrant grassland area that resembles the terrain at Tempeal. Like Tempeal, the Valley is infested with Goblins and fliers.

Behind your starting point you will find Treasure Chest (1). Follow the winding path forward. When it widens you are attacked by Goblins. Defeat them and you also will have to dispatch the back-ups that arrive. When the clearing is safe, examine the cart to one side. You have recovered the first of three stashes of Stolen Goods.

Leave the area and round the curve where you will run into another Goblin patrol. After defeating them, go up the hill to the left to find Treasure Chest (2). Opening the chest prompts an ambush by Wyvern x2.

Leave through the tunnel southeast. Treasure Chest (3) is inside the tunnel.

Exiting the tunnel, you move along a curving wooden scaffold. Around the curve, a wooden side path branches off to the right. At this path's dead end is Treasure Chest (4), guarded by a Goblin Stormer. Open the chest and you will be attacked by a Hornbird. Look among the fallen rocks along the wall near the chest to spot a Wee Pincer.

Return to the fork and go right up a wooden ramp and into an open area. The camera homes in on another two-wheeled cart here. When you approach, the area fills with more Goblins. Defeat them and you can recover the second batch of Stolen Goods. You will find Treasure Chest (5) to the right, on a wooden platform that sticks out over the cliff edge.

Move toward the wooden scaffold path leaving the clearing on the other side. There is a Shrouded Treasure Chest (6) on a wooden platform on the right side of the narrow clearing exit. Look in the grass at the base of the stone wall near that chest to discover a Wee Pincer.

Follow the wooden scaffold as it gives way to an uphill stone path, stopping along the way to open Treasure Chest (7). Ahead you will drop off into a large open area. After dealing with the Goblin masses there, a greater threat literally drops in.
