Fields of Mistria features various quests that players can undertake to progress through the game and earn rewards. These quests are categorized into Story Quests, Festival Quests, and Requests, among others. Story Quests often unlock new town features or mechanics. Requests can be picked up from the Request Board in Mistria or received via mail. All active quests and their progress can be tracked in the Journal.

Key Quest Types:

• Story Quests: These quests are essential for unlocking game content and mechanics. They are further divided into Introductory Quests, Mines' Progression Quests, and Town Improvement Quests.
• Festival Quests: Special quests tied to in-game seasonal festivals.
• Requests: These are typically fetch quests or tasks that can be found on the Request Board or received through the mail. They include Special Requests and Crown Requests.
• Cooking Challenges: Quests focused on cooking mechanics.

Quest Mechanics:

• Quests do not expire and multiple can be active simultaneously.
• Quests can be initiated via the Request Board located in Mistria, between the General Store and The Mill, or through mail.
• Completion often involves turning in items via a Donation Box or speaking to a specific character.

Example Introductory Quests:

• Greet the Townsfolk: A starting quest to introduce yourself to the inhabitants of Mistria, rewarding Potato Seeds and Renown.
• Museum Donations Wanted: Meet Errol at the Museum to learn about donations, rewarding currency and Renown.
• Do a Bro a Favor: Talk to Olric to receive a Worn Pickaxe, rewarding Renown.
• Something's Bugging Me: Meet Luc at The Inn to receive a Worn Net, rewarding Renown.
• Friday at the Sleeping Dragon Inn: A quest involving meeting Reina at the Inn on a Friday evening.
