Encounter the Fleeing Villager and the Dragger/Draggee pair in Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly Remake. Learn how to photograph them for Spirit Points.
Walkthrough
- 1Step along the corridor. As you approach the fork in the road, a runaway ghost (Fleeing Villager) appears. He is only available for a very short time, so quickly switch to Finder Mode (a mode that highlights ghosts) and take a photo.
- 2As you continue towards the fork, a focusing camera angle will show the Dragger and the Draggee it is dragging.
- 3Proceed along the path to the door at the end, which will open automatically.
Tips
- The Fleeing Villager is only available for a moment; be quick to snap him. The highest prize you can get from him is 600 Spirit Points.
- It is difficult to photograph both the Dragger and the Draggee at the same time.
- Suggestion 1 (for immediate capture): Equip Type-90 Films, which charge the fastest. Snap the Dragger first, as Mio will automatically aim at it. Then, draw the camera down to catch the Draggee. The Draggee does not react to your camera, so the capture circle (which indicates a successful lock-on) may not glow when aiming at it. The available time to catch the Draggee is when either the two locks or the ghost itself is highlighted. The time window for both ghosts is just enough to capture them, so be fast.
- Suggestion 2 (for replays): Snap one ghost (often the Dragger) first. In the next encounter (or game), snap the other. This is a simpler method if you want both ghosts counted in the Spirit List.
- The Dragger yields approximately 600 Spirit Points, and the Draggee yields approximately 400 Spirit Points if successfully photographed.
- When approaching the final door, you will see a filament glowing, indicating an object inside the room.
