Alright, so you've finished SIBLINGS and STEAL FROM A THIEF, and now Jaffar has a new job for you: the Big Bang Thesis. It's a pretty straightforward one, mostly involving a bit of fetching and then a bit of explosive testing.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
First things first, Jaffar needs a battery. Head over to the bridge and look for a BIG RED TRUCK. The battery you need is a big black box located on the DRIVER'S SIDE. Grab it and bring it back to Jaffar.
  2. 2
Once you've returned the battery, Jaffar will tell you he needs a few more things before he can whip up his special creation. You'll need 6 METAL PARTS, HOUSEHOLD CHEMICALS, and POWER CABLES. Honestly, you should have all of these already if you've been looting like a pro.
  3. 3
With the parts gathered, you'll have to wait about 1-2 minutes for Jaffar to finish making the bomb. Once it's ready, he'll give it to you and ask you to test it out. Your target? A BLOCKADE in the tunnel. He wants you to do this at night.
  4. 4
The best time to plant the bomb is after 21:00. If you go too early, you'll have to deal with a whole lot of VOLATILES, and trust me, you don't want that. So, wait until it's properly dark, head to the tunnel, plant the bomb, and then get out of there quickly.
  5. 5
Here's the catch: the first attempt won't work. Don't worry, it's supposed to happen. Let Jaffar explain what went wrong, and then you'll get to do it all over again. This time, it should work.
  6. 6
After the successful test, start heading back to Jaffar. He'll be happy with your work and you'll get your reward.
Tips
  • If you're feeling brave or just want to get it done during the daytime, you can try planting the bomb then. It's significantly harder, though. You'll want to have about 25-30 FLARES on hand. Toss them into the TUNNEL to keep the VOLATILES away while you plant the bomb. You'll probably need to do this twice to actually blow it up.
