Level 30: The Lair: 4 Secrets

A detailed guide to finding all 4 secrets in Level 30: The Lair in Doom 64, including the Demon Artifact, MegaArmor, Soulsphere, and Berserk.

This guide details how to find all 4 secrets in Level 30: The Lair in Doom 64.

1. Secret 1: Demon Artifact

   In the room with the Demon Artifact, go up the middle staircase. At the top, turn left and proceed until you see a room on your left. Face this room, then step inside. Shoot the switch on the wall across from you. Turn left and shoot the switch visible through the window. The Demon Artifact will lower, revealing the secret.

2. Secret 2: MegaArmor

   After obtaining the Demon Artifact, progress to the Yellow Key. Pick it up, then backtrack to the 4-way intersection. Turn right and face the hallway with a gargoyle. Press C-Right to activate the gargoyle. Follow the hallway to an opening, then proceed through it and down the next hallway until you find a MegaArmor.

3. Secret 3: Soulsphere

   Return to the gargoyle activated for secret #2. Follow the hallway past it until you find a Soulsphere.

4. Secret 4: Berserk

   Go back to the 4-way intersection near the Yellow Key. Facing where the Yellow Key was, turn left down the hallway that led to secret #2. Activate the gargoyle across from you by pressing C-Right. Turn around and return to the spiral staircase. Ascend the staircase, watching the wall to your right. A Berserk will appear near the top of the staircase.
