Walkthrough

    At the start of the level, eliminate the Shotgun Guys directly in front of you.

    Proceed all the way to the right side of the area.

    Defeat all Arachnotrons and Barons of Hell in this section. If playing on lower skill levels, you will face Hell Knights instead of Barons of Hell.

    Turn around and move straight ahead until you reach another area containing Arachnotrons and Barons of Hell (or Hell Knights on low skill).

    Eliminate all enemies in this area, including any Demons if possible.

    Once all enemies are dead, backtrack to the level's starting room where you encountered the Shotgun Guys.

    At the top, follow the left-hand wall to a door, defeating any Shotgun Guys in your way.

    Open the door. You will hear a loud warping sound, and the door will then open.

    Enter the room and kill all the Lost Souls.

    Enter the exit teleporter located in the middle of the room to complete the level.
