Embark on an interstellar mission with Buzz Lightyear to investigate strange energy readings emanating from the Crystal Caves. This side quest series introduces unique mechanics related to energy manipulation and alien artifacts within Wishblossom Ranch. Buzz's initial objective is to collect 15 'Star Shards,' crystalline fragments that can be mined from specific glowing ore veins found deep within the Crystal Caves. These shards are essential for powering Buzz's 'Photon Blaster' ability, which has a 10-second cooldown and deals 30 damage to hostile creatures. Following this, you'll need to locate three 'Alien Probes' that have crash-landed in the Shadowfen Mire. These probes are partially submerged and emit a faint, pulsating light. To retrieve them, you'll need to use Buzz's 'Gravitational Pull' ability, which has a 7-second cooldown, to bring them closer. A key mechanic in this questline is the 'Energy Conduit' puzzle. You'll need to redirect energy flows by rotating crystal conduits to power up ancient alien machinery. A common error players make is misaligning the conduits, which can reset the puzzle. Buzz will also require you to gather 10 'Nebula Nectar,' a rare substance found in glowing fungi within the Crystal Caves. This nectar is used to synthesize a 'Warp Drive Stabilizer,' crucial for the final mission. The ultimate goal is to confront a rogue 'Space Slug' that has been disrupting the energy readings. This creature has a shield that regenerates 5 HP per second, requiring you to focus fire and utilize environmental hazards. Successfully completing Buzz Lightyear's Space Mission will unlock the 'Star Command Uniform' for your avatar and the 'To Infinity and Beyond!' victory pose.
