Ferella Way - Street Areas: Explore the fenced-in balcony for loot (41 coins + bonecharm) and the upper hall above the stairway (60 coins).

Teresia Cienfuegos' Apartment: Located opposite the wrecked carriage, accessible via the main stairwell. Loot two top-floor rooms and the balcony for additional items and a corrupt bonecharm. This balcony also provides roof access, which is also reachable from the Canal Passage cliff stairway.

Black Market: Situated beneath the stairs to the Cienfuegos building. Here you can obtain contracts, upgrade equipment, and buy bonecharms/ammo. Robbing the market is possible by breaking the signboard to reveal a rat tunnel, then using Foresight to enter the cashier room. The door code for this room is 398. You can obtain two black and two corrupt bonecharms without paying.

Colibron Plaza: This is a secluded two-story square where you need to deal with Jacobi. Use Displace to navigate the balconies and bypass guards. Infiltration can be done via the side staircase or through an apartment building's basement pantry.

Obtain Jacobi's Office Key: Jacobi carries the key at all times. Options include:

Directly killing Jacobi and his guards.

Activating a basement trapdoor to kill Jacobi.

Using Semblance to impersonate a guard and steal the key.

Stealing the key from a backstage room when Jacobi's back is turned.

Non-Lethal Approach in Colibron Plaza: KO a female guard near the stage using Displace, then use Semblance to impersonate her and steal Jacobi's goods from the backstage room.

Jacobi's Office: Located opposite Cienfuegos' apartment. Both floors are deserted. Loot the office and find the blood sample behind the 2F owl painting, which is evidence of Jacobi's involvement in Eleuterio Cienfuegos' murder. Obtain the bank vault key, which is mandatory to end the mission.
