In the tattoo parlor, Billie can get an Eyeless tattoo, which can grant access to the Spector Club. Foresight can reveal interior collectibles.

1. The Red Camellia:
   • 1F window display: 2 salts

4. Black Bonecharm: Located on the nondescript building between The Red Camellia and Eolina Rey's house. Reach it by hopping onto lampposts and using Displace to reach the roof.
5. Duchess Lisandra Avenue: This street runs past Malveros Victory Plaza and Eolina Rey's building, ending at a windbreak before Raqueza Avenue.
   • Grand Guard checkpoint: Loot is primarily on the 2F balcony area above the checkpoint. Remaining items are at street level or further down the street.
   • CONTRACT: DEATH TO THE MIME [300 coins]: Knock out the mime and dispose of his body off a cliff to ensure his death appears as a suicide.
   • Checkpoint to Raqueza Avenue: Wire and coins on a shelf.
   • 2F area above checkpoint: Copper wire in balcony box.
