Journalist Cristofer Jeorge's offices can be entered via a 2F balcony or street-level entrance. Be aware of two Eyeless thugs scripted to walk downstairs shortly after entering the street-level door.

Jeorge provides the randomized safe combination to Billie for the blood vial from Jacobi's office.

Overhear an Eyeless thug threatening a teller inside the bank to witness the 'Workplace Harassment' contract.

Coins: 2 in the guard booth, 13 in the central fountain, 10 on a wire on the back counter of Jeorge's office (2F), 88 inside Jeorge's safe (2F), 10 from a gambling guard on the bank's cliff terrace.

Raqueza Avenue - Outdoor Areas:

• The pharmacy is accessible from a 2F window and contains the level's first painting and a black bonecharm in a breakable cabinet. Windows also grant access to the hall above the pharmacy checkpoint.

Coins near the guards can be claimed stealthily or with Semblance.

The Raqueza Avenue checkpoint has three guards. Be mindful of NPCs from Duchess Lisandra Avenue potentially raising an alarm; hide bodies above street level.

Coins: 7 on a tall cabinet near the stairs to Farella Way, 10 from a gambling guard in front of Cadmus Abele Plaza, 3 on a coffee table in the pharmacy (2F), 10 whale oil in a breakable case in the pharmacy (2F), 200 for 'The Summit Illuminated' in the pharmacy (2F), 10 whale oil on a table in the hall above the pharmacy checkpoint, 10 from a street guard at the pharmacy checkpoint, 30 on a bench outside the Spector Club (requires witnessing the bank scene and following the NPC).

Contract: Workplace Harassment:

• Kill the Eyeless from the bank and her contact, the old man on the bench outside the Spector Club.

If the Eyeless is killed prematurely, her 30-coin pouch will not spawn.
