Part 13

Walkthrough for Part 13 of Dishonored: Death of the Outsider, covering the Dreadful Wale, Upper Cyria District, and Malveros Victory Plaza, including contracts and special actions.

You have obtained Ivan Jacobi's key from his Ferella Way office. It's time to finish the level. You can use the carriage station or, for a more engaging experience, the Canal Passage skiff.

Contracts Completed:

• Kidnap the Bartender: 550 coins
• The Missing Brother: 550 coins

Special Actions Available:

• Bloody Politics: Slander Ivan Jacobi by finding Cienfuegos' blood in his office and delivering it to Cristofer Jeorge at Cadmus Abele Plaza.
• Buried Alive: Complete the "Kidnap the Bartender" contract.
• Dental Care: Complete the "The Missing Brother" contract.
• Forever in Your Debt: Finish the "Workplace Harassment" contract.
• Girl with the Eyeless Tattoo: Obtain a tattoo at the Red Camellia beauty parlor.
• Once a Sailor: Find Billie's old skiff in Canal Passage by reading the attached note. Riding it out of Upper Cyria is not required.
• Political Assassination: Kill Ivan Jacobi instead of knocking him out or slandering him.
• Rogue Taxidermy: Save the potential bloodfly victim from the basement of Brozenar Taxidermy.
• Stop the Music: Kill Shan Yun instead of knocking him out.
• Sweet Deal: Rob the black market on Ferella Way.
• The Sad Clown Cliché: Complete the "Death to the Mime" contract.

3) The Bank Job

3.1) The Dreadful Wale

Converse with Daud on the ship's upper deck to discuss the target: the Dolores Michaels Bank. There are three entry points. Return to the Upper Cyria District via carriage or skiff (which leads to the Canal Passage moor).

3.2) Upper Cyria District

The map is largely unchanged from the previous mission. Shan Yun's House is now permanently inaccessible. If anyone died there during mission two, the Spector Club will also be closed. The hall above the Duchess Lisandra Avenue checkpoint leading into Raqueza Avenue might be blocked, but it contains nothing of interest.

New areas include the Cadmus Abele Plaza sewer system and the Dolores Michaels Bank. While a small part of the bank was accessible before, the entire building is now open, offering substantial loot. Expect to spend most of your time navigating its interior.

The guide follows the same structure as the last mission. While you don't technically need to complete Raqueza Avenue last, its proximity to the bank makes it the most logical order for this walkthrough.

A reminder: if the Spector Club is closed, its 165 coins are found elsewhere. However, a 2-coin item inside the 1F lounge is unique to that location and will be missed if the club is inaccessible, potentially causing you to fall short of the total amount.

If the Spector Club is operational, all 6666 coins are obtainable. The guide will still note the "Spector Club closed" finds to maintain accuracy, but they do not contribute to the total.

3.3) Malveros Victory Plaza

This area is similar to before, with minor changes. Accessing the Red Camellia requires the back entrance; a nearby Eyeless watchman holds the key. Eolina Rey's building is accessible as usual, with her front door unlocked. The state of her room remains unchanged, regardless of whether Billie killed her in the previous mission.

The dentist's office, secured by a code lock, is also present.
