On night 3, agree with the thought "I'm building communism for all...".

The next morning, your Rhetoric will contact you, initiating the quest Get yourself organised.

Head towards Capeside Apartments. Your Rhetoric will prompt you about a nearby communist.

Speak to Cindy. Choose "Hey, sister...". She mentions Steban but won't reveal his location. Agree to "oink for her" and she'll tell you Steban is organizing a meeting tonight and requires a passphrase.

Head towards the terminal. Your Rhetoric will contact you again.

Speak to Mañana. Choose "Listen, brother...". Be subtle, then state you're looking for communists to help you get organised. He'll mention meeting a genuine ideologue and, when asked how to find him, will say he doesn't know but recalls the man's last words: "Remember Dobreva and Abadanaiz".

If you are doing the Communist vision quest as part of your main playthrough, simply solve quests until the meeting starts. Otherwise, you must kill time until 22:00. Reading books in your inventory is a way to do this. Note that reading _Sixteen Days of Coldest April_ will damage your Endurance and Morale. Consider buying more books from the bookshop or the Suzerainity board game.

At 22:00, go up to the balcony where Cindy hangs out and ascend the stairs to the metal grille door.

Tell the voice that answers that you're trying to get organised and provide the passphrase you learned from Mañana.

Enter to find Steban, the Student Communist, and Echo Maker constructing towers from matchboxes.

Let Steban speak. When he asks if you've done the reading, say yes. He will test you; ask him if he wrote the article in La Fumée (which you likely read if you spent the day reading).

Discuss various topics and ask if they are accepting new members. You will face a Composure (19) check.

Discuss a couple of books you have read. You will receive _A Brief Look at Infra-Materialism_.

Read the book and dress in clothing that improves your Rhetoric skill.

Speak to Steban and state you are ready to discuss infra-materialism. After discussing aspects of the theory, make a Rhetoric (15) check to ask the crucial question: "what's the point?".

Point out that they were attempting to construct towers from Nilsen's journals using matchboxes. Suggest that everyone should try.

The towers will collapse. As you prepare to leave, Steban will ask for your opinions on some minor changes. Make your suggestions to conclude the quest and unlock the trophy.
