Memory 6: The Yerebatan Cistern

After the initial conversation, follow the ceiling beams and drop down. Use Eagle Sense to find hidden gold treasure chests containing rare bomb materials.

Follow the objective marker, climb scaffolding, and jump between beams to reach an opening. Drop down and swing from the metal beam to find a Bomb Making station and more chests.

In the next room, you need to obtain a key from a patrolling Templar captain surrounded by guards. To remain undetected, you can kill the captain from a distance; even a ranged poison attack will work.

For the first captain, move right and eliminate the patrolling guard. Hide his body in the water. Wait behind a pillar for the captain to move behind the wooden scaffolding to your right. Follow him and use the hidden blade for a stealth takedown. Proceed quietly to the exit.

The second chamber is easier with silent ranged weapons. Cross the water-filled gap, pass the spear guard, and go up the stairs. On the second floor, eliminate the rifleman with your hidden blade. Shoot the captain on the scaffolding with poison from a safe distance. Wait for him to die, and the key will be added to your inventory.

Alternatively, you can climb the stone structure, taking out guards, and then air assassinate the captain from above. Be careful not to perform a 'High Profile' air assassination, as it can cause the scaffolding to collapse and alert guards.

In the following room, there is a lone Templar and more treasure chests. If you are focused on stealth, it's best to replay this section later for the treasures.

Proceed to the objective marker to reach the final chamber, which features a challenging stealth segment. Eliminate the patrolling guard below and use his body to lure other guards away from the central island.

Make your way around the outside of the central island to the left, avoiding confrontation. If spotted, slowly walk away or use ranged poison (if guards are far) or the hidden blade (at close range) to avoid raising the alarm.

Similar to the previous chamber, you can use ranged poison to kill the captain from the outer rim of the room. Then, proceed to the exit and wait for him to die.

Once through the locked door, loot the treasure chests. Use Eagle Sense to examine the glowing parts of the wall. Find the correct one and head through to obtain the first Masyaf Key, finishing the Memory.
