This guide details the collectibles found within the Spirit Depths area of AI Limit. The Spirit Depths are accessible after completing Sewer Town North and are filled with challenging enemies and environmental hazards.
- Dormant Array: From the initial branch, head to the ledge and collect the Luminous Silica on a red translucent platform. Beware of rotating circular structures with red eyes that attack with lightning. Use rocky debris for cover.
- Path to Adaptive Fragment: Continue left, using cover to avoid eye attacks. Defeat a Clergy Mask and a church enemy. Enter a doorway, turn left, defeat another church enemy, and collect the Adaptive Fragment.
- Watch Tower Entrance: After a warning to spend crystals, exit the current area by dropping onto a bridge. Grab Portable Electrification x2. Beware of a crawling church enemy with a tail that uses slashes, lightning strikes, or wind gusts. Avoid falling and an eye hazard to your left; use the watch tower wall for cover if spotted.
- Watch Tower Path: At the bridge's end, use an alcove to wait out the eye. Defeat the next enemy and use another alcove if needed. Collect the Cleansing Therapy Normal Seal. Drop to the next red translucent platforms, where the eye hazard is temporarily removed.

- Top of Elevator: Ride the elevator to the top. Loot a Levitating Core and defeat a mystical butterfly. A church enemy is further down the path. Defeating the butterfly yields Pure Crystal x2 and Dew Essence. Defeating the church enemy yields Adaptive Fragment, Tiny Resonance, and a Luminous Diamond.
- Return to Dormant Array: Take the elevator back down to the Dormant Array branch. Rest at this branch. Head down the red translucent platforms again. With the eyes shut down, proceed right to encounter church enemies, including one with a Pardoner scythe. Dodge into its sweeping slashes. It may drop Clergy Mask x3. Collect the Eucharist.
- Spears of Punishment: Enter the room after the Eucharist. Loot a Precipitation Normal Seal to the right and the spell Spears of Punishment in the box to the left.
- Secret Area Access: Use the Broken Branch to return to the Dormant Array. Navigate back down the red translucent platforms to access a secret area now that the eyes are disabled.
