Heading to the Withered Forest (Optional)

From the train station, head through the building and out into the forest path. Defeat the Necro on the ledge above to get the Magnetic Surge, then defeat the Necro on the main path. Continue forward and defeat the Necro to the right at the ledge. Loot the Luminous Diamond near the rock wall and the Antidote on the broken walkway. Head back and down the path, defeating the Necro with the large arm to get the Luminous Carbon. Continue past a dead hunter to reach the poisonous swamp.

In the swamp area, loot the Mud Ball. Defeat the two swimmer Necros to the right and loot the Adaptive Fragment. To the left, you'll find a branch to restore and a vending machine. Restore the branch.

The vending machine sells Mud Balls, Antidotes, Noise Tape, and Goggles.

From the restored branch, head into the alcove and follow the path left along a rock ridge.

Optional: Drop down to defeat a Pierce-inducing Necro and collect 3 Phosphorous Darts. Return to the branch area.

Continue along the rocky ridge and contend with hunters. Knock down the ladder for easier access.

Optional: Climb the ladder on the platform. To the right, defeat an enemy on a broken bridge and loot a Noise Recorder. To the left, defeat a hulking hunter and another hunter that drops down. Loot the Mechanical Part. Climb the ladder and cross the planks to loot Noise Tape.

Optional: Go to the ground level and take the rock path left. Defeat two Necros and loot the Terra Inferno spell.

Follow the path to a campfire with a brute. Defeat the brute and the hunter above. Loot the Salted Mud Ball beyond the fire.

Climb the ladder and loot the Luminous Carbon near the broken bridge. Head back to the ladder and go the other way to find the Hunters' Trestle branch on your left.

Optional: Before proceeding, return to the area in step 3 where you fought the two Necros near the statue. Take a right at the first chance to find a ladder leading up.

Head up the path and restore the Twilight Foothills branch.

Continue along the path and defeat the Blader to obtain the Corrupted Blader Swords.

Head toward the ladder and turn left to loot a Stabilizer. Climb the next ladder, then another. At the top, activate the memory to obtain the Slayer Normal Seal. Enter the Arboretum.

Head up the swirling ramp to find the Crystal Sprout at the top, which allows you to respect stat points. Return to the Hunters' Trestle branch.

Head down the curving bridge path.

Optional: Drop down where the railing ends on the left. Defeat hunters, climb the ladder, break through boxes, and drop down to find a chest containing the Raincoat set. Near the wooden gate, defeat two urchins and loot an Adaptive Fragment. In the nearby cave, defeat more urchins and two AoE Pierce-inducing Necros. Loot the Soil: Withered Forest and the Moon Dew Normal Seal. The Soil can be traded for 10 Mud Balls.

Optional: On the poison swamp level, find an island in the middle of the swamp with a Pierce-inducing Necro. Loot the Chippe...
