Walkthrough
- 1After a scene with Makoto Date, Kiryu is with Sayama when she is shot. Before passing out, she directs Kiryu to the bar "Aoi" in Sotenbori.
- 2Head to Aoi. The mama-san will ask you to retrieve Sayama from the car.
- 3Engage in a minigame to carry Sayama back to Aoi. Avoid bumping into people and steer clear of purple dots (citizens) on the minimap to preserve her health.
- 4After dropping Sayama off, wander around Sotenbori. Four new Substories are available. Visit the Acupuncturist.
- 5Daigo will call about Jin Goda's safety. The bar mama-san will then ask you to pick up bandages from Tsuruha Drugs.
- 6Return to Aoi. You may find a gift containing DLC. Download the free "Majima's Maji Bun" DLC for XP. The bar also serves as a hideout with an Equipment Box.
- 7Speak to the mama-san, who is revealed to be Sayama's mother figure. Sayama awakens and suggests the Go-Ryu Clan wasn't responsible for the shooting.
- 8Take the bullet to an information broker at the mahjong parlor on west Shofukucho. You'll be turned away due to an invitation-only tournament.
- 9A man behind you suggests finding Jongka at Club SEGA. Go to Club SEGA and talk to the guy at the UFO Catcher. He asks you to win him a red cat.
- 10After winning the cat, Jongka explains his yakuza troubles and kidnapped daughter.
- 11Go to Bishamon Bridge near the coin lockers. Confront the men there. You can pay 5 million yen or fight them.
- 12Head to the footpath on the north side of the river and speak to the man in red to get Jongka's "little girl."
- 13Return to Club SEGA to reunite Jongka with his daughter.
- 14You'll receive a Cherry Tile. Go to Riichi Towers and speak to the man at the back-right table.
- 15Respond "It's your call" and pay 100,000 yen. The informant identifies the bullet.
- 16Kiryu can pay 300,000 yen for more info or refuse. If refused, head south of Bishamon Bridge to find Kurokawa.
- 17Kurokawa gives you the codeword "almonds" and mentions the bartender at Stijl.
- 18Go to Stijl and speak to the bartender, who confirms he's selling illicit goods.
- 19Return to Riichi Towers. The informant will reveal information about a bounty on Kiryu's head.
- 20Fight the enemies who advance on Kiryu. Esaki will reveal the caller's identity.
- 21Head back to Aoi. If taking the north route, it's blocked; detour south.
- 22You'll overhear a conversation about Club Four Shine and a sniped floor manager. Kiryu is mistaken for the new manager and dragged into the club.
- 23This leads into the Cabaret Club Grand Prix. Complete at least one shift. You can do three Substories for the club now, but will be blocked from progressing further.
- 24Once finished, return to Aoi to end the chapter.
