      Speak to a crying boy in green south of the intersection of Nakamichi and Taihei.

      Offer to help find his lost red balloon.

      Chase the balloon, pitching the camera up to keep it in view.

      Follow the balloon up East Millennium Tower St., then west on Shichifuku, to Children's Park.

      Meet the boy's mother.

   Walkthrough

      Go to Shichifuku Parking Lot to find the third member of the group.

      Chase and capture him as he runs around the parking lot block.
   3. 3
      Be aware that his route and jukes change each lap.
   4. 4
      Consider waiting to complete Mack's Running Training to improve your chances.

   Walkthrough

   1. 1
      Go to the Gelateria Kamuro and speak to the lady outside.
   2. 2
      Chase the target around Taihei and Theater Square.
   3. 3
      Hit the target approximately six times to defeat him.
   4. 4
      Choose either dialogue option after the chase.

   Walkthrough

      Go to the intersection of Shichifuku and Senryo and speak to the man in the red and white jacket.

      You can either pay 5,000 yen to expedite the process or refuse him four times until he offers for free.

      If you pay, you will get into a fight.
   4. 4
      If you refuse all times, you will fight the barkers.
5. #64 - The Tuna Fund
   Walkthrough

      Enter Sushi Gin and agree to order the tuna.

      Speak to the man next to you who runs the fishery and agree to invest.
   3. 3
      Travel to Okinawa in Chapter 10.
   4. 4
      Receive a text with the business address and head to the northeast corner of Hatsumachi.

      Enter the location and discover it is not the office.
   6. 6
      Return to Kamurocho and receive another text.
   7. 7
      Go to Sushi Gin and speak to the chef, who mentions an office east of Millennium Tower.
   8. 8
      Head north of the Matsuya and south of "Wild Jackson" to find the building with the green awning.

      Enter the building and fight Sawada and his goons.
6. #65 - Chic Snatcher
   Walkthrough

   1. 1
      Go in front of Le Marche and overhear a couple discussing bag snatching.
   2. 2
      Enter Le Marche and talk to the clerk, who warns about recent snatchings.
   3. 3
      Buy a bag, such as the Italian Shoulder Bag for 87,000 yen.
   4. 4
      As you leave, head towards Pink Street.
   5. 5
      A couple will tell you the snatcher took the first left at a 4-way down Pink Street.
   6. 6
      Run down Pink Street and take a left at the alley connecting to Nakamichi Poppo.
   7. 7
      Spot the snatcher.
   8. 8
      Choose to "Follow Him" instead of confronting him immediately.

      You will be led to the back lot in Nakamichi.

       Defeat all the enemies.
7. #81 - Watch Out for Renovations
   Walkthrough

      Speak to an old man in front of New Serena about a local renovations company.
   2. 2
      Enter New Serena and agree to mind the bar for the mama-san.
   3. 3
      When two men from the renovation company arrive to inspect the building, refuse them three times.
   4. 4
      Fight the men when they become indignant.
8. #91 - Queen of Kamurocho
   Walkthrough

   1. 1
      Head to the east end of Shichifuku and speak to the man in glasses.
   2. 2
      Agree to be discreet.
   3. 3
      The man will introduce himself as a representative for Makiko Takahashi and ask you to act as a bodyguard against paparazzi.

      While Makiko and her beau walk, talk to each of the five paparazzi in order:

      Across the street, the one the manager pointed out.
   6. 6
      In Park Alley, the second one is in the doorway to the right.
   7. 7
      Up the street to the left, in the alley where Kamiyama Works is.
   8. 8
      At the north end of the street, just left of the blue tarp shelter.
   9. 9
      Near the taxi, walking back and forth, wearing a black cap (does not have his camera up).
