Cornelia Region

Navigate the Cornelia Region in World of Final Fantasy! Find the Princess Goblin optional boss, grab a chest of Potions, and discover the path to the next dungeon.

Alright, let's get through the Cornelia Region! It's not too complicated, but there are a couple of things you'll want to know.

First off, you'll eventually reach a fork in the path. The left way doesn't lead anywhere useful right now, so take the path to the right. You'll find a chest there containing 3 Potions – grab 'em!

Keep going across the rocks, and you'll see the entrance to a cave. That's your ticket to the next dungeon, so head on in!

Optional Boss: Princess Goblin

Now, here's a cool little secret: after you complete the intervention quest 'Where Art Thou, Smoochy-Poo?', the goblin leader, Princess Goblin, will show up in the Cornelia Region. If you're up for a challenge, you can talk to her and fight her. Be warned though, she's a tough cookie! Most players find her really difficult until they're around level 45. However, if you're feeling lucky or don't mind reloading a save, you might be able to imprism her much earlier, even around level 15. Doing so gives a huge XP boost!

To try and imprism her early, your best bet is to buy a bunch of Flash Bombs from Chocolatte. Use them on her – if you're lucky, you'll blind her. She only has 25 resistance to blindness, so it's definitely possible! If you manage to blind her and get even luckier, you might be able to imprism her before she knocks you out.

If you decide to fight her head-on without trying to imprism her early, you'll want attacks that can deal with her super high defense. Armor-piercing attacks like 'Armor Piercer' and 'Knife' are your best bet.
