Learn how to unlock Intervention Quests and Champion Medals in World of Final Fantasy's Chapter 5. Get the CORNELIAN LETTER and visit The Girl's Tearoom!

Alright, after that last bit, you'll get a cutscene that sets up your next big task: making contact with a group called the League of S. They're against Bahamut, so they're on your side! You'll also snag the CORNELIAN LETTER during this. Before you jet off to the next big area, though, there's a crucial stop you need to make back in Nine Wood Hills. A new place called The Girl's Tearoom will have opened up.

This Tearoom is super important because it's where you'll be cashing in those Arma Gems you've been collecting. Doing this lets you unlock two key things: Intervention Quests and Champion Medals. Intervention Quests are basically special side missions where you step into someone else's shoes during a tough spot. Knocking these out not only nets you some sweet, unique rewards but also unlocks entries in your Who's Who section. Plus, and this is HUGE, completing them is how you eventually unlock the true ending of the game and all that juicy post-game content.

Champion Medals, on the other hand, let you summon these awesome champions to unleash a super powerful attack. You'll need Champion Points to do this, but first, you gotta equip the medals themselves. Right now, you can grab your first Intervention Quest, 'The Girl Who Forgot Her Name,' and your very first Champion Medal, 'The Warrior of Light.' Don't forget to equip those medals once you have them!

Heads up, completing that first Intervention Quest will unlock another one called 'Where Art Thou, Smoochy-Poo.' Honestly, it's probably way too tough for you right now, so don't sweat it. You likely won't have enough Arma Gems anyway if you spent them on that Champion Medal.

One last thing before you leave Nine Wood Hills: if you've got some spare gill, it's a good idea to grab a couple of Lethean Chimes. They can be pretty handy.

Okay, now you're ready to head back to Cornelia. Hop on the train heading north – it'll take you right to the entrance of Pyreglow Forest. When you get there, make sure you have a mirage with the Sizzle ability. Fritt from the Nether Nebula or a Black Nakk from the Watchplains are good choices. If you don't have either, try to imprism a Cockatrice you find in Pyreglow Forest itself. You'll need that fire power!
