Learn how to recover health in warhammer 40000 space marine 2 using the health regeneration system and Medicae Stimms. You can carry two Stimms.

As you take damage and your armour breaks, your health begins to deplete. Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 features a forgiving health regeneration system. You have two health bars, indicated by bright red and dark red bars on your HUD (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap) (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap (the small circular map in the bottom-left corner of your screen)). If you can avoid taking additional damage when the dark red bar appears beneath the bright red health bar, your health will regenerate a significant amount.

If you take damage while in this state, you cannot automatically regenerate your health unless you use Medicae Stimms. You can find these items throughout each level. You have enough inventory space to carry two Medicae Stimms simultaneously. A single Stimms will not completely refill your health bar, so use them wisely and sparingly.

To use Medicae Stimms, you must hit the designated key on keyboard or the designated button on a controller.
