Cheats & Glitches:

Time Trial Glitch: To start a time trial from a checkpoint instead of the beginning of the level, intentionally die after reaching a checkpoint. Upon respawning, the time trial clock will begin from your current location. This cheat is credited to MSCL from the forums at www.tombraiderforums.com and may not work on all game versions due to regional differences.

Cheat Code Activation: All cheat codes must be unlocked by completing specific in-game objectives. There is no known way to bypass this unlock requirement.

Textureless Mode: Hold Backspace and press the '1' key.

Display Enemy Hit Points: Hold Backspace and press the '2' key.
