Part 18

Complete walkthrough for Part 18 of The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, covering Treasure Cave #5, Maiamai rescues, and the Skull Woods.

Walkthrough:

1. Treasure Cave #5: Head to Lorule, one screen west of your current location. Find the hidden cave among northern bushes. Place a bomb on the southwest corner switch, proceed north past the gate. Bomb the next switch, then use Pegasus Boots to dash through the gate. Hit the switch in the corner, wait, then bomb it. Run around the corner, up the stairs, east, and use Pegasus Boots to pass through the gate in time. Open the BIG CHEST for a GOLD RUPEE.
2. Maiamai Rescue Adventure:
   • North of the Vacant House, dash into a tree to rescue MAIAMAI #50.
   • Near the drawbridge, merge with the east wall to free MAIAMAI #51.
   • Activate the Lorule Castle weather vane, go south past the Vacant House to the Southern Ruins. Find MAIAMAI #52 at the bottom of the pond on the west end.
   • Southeast from the pond, find MAIAMAI #53 atop a pillar and dash to rescue it.
   • In the northeast corner, free MAIAMAI #54 from the wall.
   • Grab a Big Bomb Flower and bring it to the southeast corner to blow up a large rock. Inside the cave, find PIECE OF HEART #19 and two CHESTS containing a SILVER RUPEE and a GOLD RUPEE.
   • Find another Bomb Flower and head southwest to the Swamp Palace, guarded by a large rock. Blow it up and use the Hookshot to reach the weather vane.
3. The Skull Woods:
   • Return to the Vacant House and use the fissure. Go to the back of Sarashala's House and use the fissure to reach the Skull Woods.
   • Merge with the west wall to free MAIAMAI #55. Go around to find PIECE OF HEART #20.
   • Head east into a new area, merge with the southwest wall to rescue MAIAMAI #56.
   • Proceed north, avoiding skulls (some are Stahls).
   • Go to the Skull Woods weather vane, then head east and down into a pit with a Moblin. Defeat it and free MAIAMAI #57 from the eastern wall.
