Part 9

Follow our comprehensive walkthrough for Part 9 of The Evil Within 2, covering the armory, a tough Witch encounter, the garage, and navigating Oasis (Cedar Ave).

Walkthrough:

1. Enter the armory. In a locker on the right, find [_HANDGUN BULLET x3_]. In a cabinet, locate [_GUNPOWDER_].
2. Exit the armory and go down the stairs. On the left, find an [_HERB_]. Enter the door ahead.
3. You will encounter a strong enemy called a "WITCH". Sneak attack it, then finish it with 3-4 handgun bullets, aiming for the head. The Witch drops approximately 1,200 Green Gel. Grab [_WEAPON PARTS x15_] in the corner and proceed through the next door.
4. In the next room, grab the [_METAL PIPE_] and break open boxes for random items.
5. Duck into a hole in the wall. Wait for an enemy eating to stop its rampage, then sneak attack it.
6. Behind you, an enemy is sitting down. Headshot it before continuing.
7. In the next room, you'll see a FUSE BOX. Do not open it with a SHOCK ARROW as it's not necessary. Instead, go to the other door and play the mini-game to open it.
8. The mini-game requires matching amplitude (left stick) and frequency (right stick) to unlock the door.
9. Inside, find [_HANGUN BULLET x3_] by a dead soldier, [_SHOTGUN SHELL x3_] in a locker, [_WEAPON PARTS x15_] and [_GUNPOWDER_] in the right box, and the [_SAWED-OFF SHOTGUN_] in the left box.
10. Return the way you came. As the elevator opens, two enemies will emerge. Defeat them and enter the elevator to find [_LOCKER KEY 3/32_]. Return to the computer and head back to Oasis.
11. Back in Oasis, two new enemies are outside. Use a BOTTLE to distract them, then sneak to the right to flank and sneak attack the female wanderer.
12. Use bushes on the right side of the road to move north and sneak kill the enemy in front of the house, also acquiring an [_AXE_].
13. Go up the road on the right. An enemy will crawl out near the bushes. Hide in the bushes and sneak attack it.
14. Return and take the left road (Cedar Ave). On the left, find [_GUNPOWDER_] in a car, a [_BOTTLE_] by trash, and an [_HERB_] on a deck.
15. Enter the GARAGE on the left (it closes behind you). Harpoon bolt the enemy inside. In the cabinet on the left, find [_GUNPOWDER_]. On the right, find [_WEAPON PARTS x15_]. In the back, find a [_METAL PIPE_] and [_WEAPON PARTS x15_]. Exit the garage by mashing the
